C-SPAN -- National Cable Satellite Corporation. 
The online version of the cable network that covers Congressional activities includes House, Senate, and hearings schedule information and a Congressional Votes Library from the 104th Congress to the present. 

General Accountability Office Provides reports to Congress as a result of its investigations relating to the receipt and disbursement of public funds of Government programs and activities. 

Congressional Budget Office Provides reports and analyses, which are available full-text, to Congress for economic and budget decisions. 

Congressional Research Service "CRS, which is a department of the Library of Congress, works exclusively as a nonpartisan analytical, research, and reference arm for Congress. The CRS mission is to support an informed national legislature."
