These
three resources are located in Cowell Hall. Computer Support Students, Tutors, and Faculty can direct all technical support inquires and issues about any of the computers in the G02, G24, and G25 to the computer lab technician at leem@usfca.edu or by telephone at 415.422-5931. Requests for software installations are completed 3-4 weeks prior to the semester starting. Faculty are encouraged to supply the correct license for each work station through their department. Please send your request 1 month in advance so there is time to test the software and update all of the computers and documentation. Please complete these entries starting the first Monday of August and the first Monday of every January for every semester in order to get your classrooms updated and scheduled in Banner.
Software downloads for the LCC Classroom
Faculty and Students can download same of the free software that is used in the LCC Classroom. Please attend a workshop at the beginning of the semester to get assistance with the software before you use it on your computer. Canvas supports Audio and Video recording within the course web browser. You can attend the most recent CIT Blackboard or Canvas training to take advantages of new features.
