Gym Orientations / Koret.  This service is free to all USF students, faculty and staff.  Your 30 minute orientation includes a walk-thru of any weight room and cardiovascular equipment that you have questions about, and a brief review of gym etiquette (the trainer does not design a workout program for you).  To schedule your orientation, please call 422-2606. 

Personal Training / The Koret Center offers a full staff of certified personal trainers ready to design a workout plan to meet your unique needs and goals.  Discount prices for USF students ($30), full-time faculty and staff, and annual Koret members, and seniors 55 yrs+ ($55).  Training is $65 for all others. Start this new school year by getting fit, having fun and improving your overall health and well-being.  To schedule an appointment by phone, call 422-2606.

Chair Massage / Add a special touch to your next on-campus meeting, health fair or celebration by offering chair massage. At only $1 per minute, it fits into any event or departmental budget. Due to scheduling considerations with massage therapists, please allow at least 1 week notice to book your event.
