Hours/Days of Construction:
8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Workers will arrive starting at 7am. Weekend work is not part of the basic work plan however it will be necessary and will be scheduled on an as needed basis.

Please see the Accessibility Route Plan for access around the construction site. Access through the center of existing Harney into the Plaza will be closed off through out construction, starting May 23, 2011.
Parking for workers will be off site and they will be shuttled to the project site. Workers will not be permitted to park in campus lots or in the surrounding neighborhood.
The project site will be secured by a 10’ high fence. See Earthwork Plan for project site. The fence will have lighting installed on it along with nighttime lights on the site. A security guard will be at the construction entrance from 7am to 5pm checking workers as they enter the site and turning away non-construction personnel.
Workers will have a break/lunch area within the project site, including a catering truck for them to purchase food/beverages. Workers will not be permitted to use the University food services. All workers will be badged for the project and will be required to wear identifiable company clothing/vests.
University Center Parking Lot:
The UC / Golden Gate parking lot will be closed beginning March 14, 2011 and will be closed for the duration of the project.
