ROTC Commissioning Ceremony

ROTC Commissioning Graduation is a formal ceremony to recognize and honor graduating cadets who have successfully completed the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program and are being commissioned as officers in the United States Armed Forces. Graduating cadets take an oath of office and receive their commissioning certificate from a senior officer.
