While priority is given to the University of San Francisco community, space is available to external clients, if available. External clients must pay to use space on campus. All employees of the university can also schedule space for personal use at a 50% discount. All external organizations must carry general liability insurance of a minimum amount of 1 million dollars per occurrence to cover any liability issues that may arise from their use of university facilities. If you do not already have a policy for user liability insurance, we contract with a company that can purchase you with a one-day insurance policy.
