Professor Niles
received her B.S. from San Francisco State University in 1985 and
her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992. She
is interested in the regulated development of B-lymphocytes, a
population of cells critical to adaptive immunity. Her research
focuses on defining the molecular events that promote the assembly,
transport, and secretion of antibodies.
