Mr. Bair teaches in the area of legal issues in sport
management. Mr. Bair is Senior Vice President and General Counsel
for the San Francisco Giants. In that role, Mr. Bair oversees the
team's legal matters and manages its relations with
governmental entities. Mr. Bair was a key strategist and architect
of the Giants plans to build a new ballpark in San Francisco. Prior
to joining the Giants, Mr. Bair was a Deputy City Attorney for the
city and county of San Francisco and practiced law with Farella,
Braun Martel.
