Gwyn Lauber

For fifteen years, Gwyn has worked with public companies, helping them to develop rigorous investor relations programs. She currently is Principle at Lauber & Partners, offering services in investor relations, public relations, social media and business development consultancy.
Prior to that, she ran the investor relations department for SumTotal Systems, attracting new analyst coverage, increasing institutional investor ownership of the company, and playing an instrumental role in an oversubscribed registered direct offering.
In her role at McAfee, Inc. she participated in a convertible debt offering, and was recognized for her role in winning a contentious proxy battle for the company. Earlier in her career, she held investor relations and corporate communications positions with companies in the technology and life science sectors.

Gwyn has passed her FINRA Series 7 & 63.
