Rebecca Gordon received her B.A. from Reed College and her
M.Div. and Ph.D. from Graduate Theological Union. Her dissertation
in the field of Ethics and Social Theory focuses on the United
States' use of torture in the post-9/11 period. Other
interests include political philosophy, theories of justice
including questions of race and gender justice, and their
application in the world - in particular through community
engagement and service learning.
