Health Promotion Services (HPS) offers a variety of resources designed to help students recognize stress and understand how to manage it while avoiding procrastination. Meditation clinic and stress management workshops equip students with the tools they need to juggle relationships, work, illness and classwork during their time at the University of San Francisco.
