Event Services Standby Request
EMRs provides medical standby on request for all USF affiliated events in the campus community. The organization will staff and provide foot patrols for concerts, sporting events, and all major university events.
Interested departments are ask to submit a detailed request form a month in advance to ensure availability. The fee is determined by the size and type of event. Because of limited staffing, an additional charge is added for time scheduled less than a week in advance or for any extra time the crew is held at a standby. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the event.
Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the event is scheduled to start. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in a non-refundable $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours of the event will result in a $25 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable $25 administrative fee.
