USFconnect accounts provide secure access to a broad range of resources. Therefore,
in order to protect users, processes for resetting the USFconnect Password
are restrictive. We do this to protect your privacy.
These processes are for users who have forgotten their Password/PIN. If you
know your Password/PIN and would like to change it, click on the "My Account" link under the USFconnect logo after you have logged in.
If you need assistance with your password or access to your USFconnect account, please contact the Help Desk.
- Go to the USFconnect login page (http://usfconnect.usfca.edu).
- Select one of the links in the green login box to access the "Login Tools" page.
- Select "Reset your password"
- Follow the instruction from within this tool.
Faculty / Staff
Faculty or staff may come to the ITS Help Desk during regular service hours,
with a picture ID, to have their USFconnect Password/PIN reset. If you are not able to visit the Help Desk, you may also call 415-422-6668 and verify your identity over the phone.
Due to the private nature of content accessible within USFconnect, any exceptions
to this policy must be requested from the Client Support Services Manager, Nikki Wright (firstname.lastname@example.org or 415-422-2231).
