ITS primarily provides e-mail and calendar support for mobile devices. We do not support cellular service, hardware repairs, or live Blackberry messaging via Outlook. Support for other applications is on a best-effort basis. ITS does not purchase mobile devices on behalf of university clients.
We provide instructions for configuring some of the more popular mobile devices with DonsApps Mail and Calendar in the USFanswers knowledgebase, accessible through USFsupport&answers. Search for 'donapps' and the name of your device to check for a solution.
