Thomas J. Moses

Adjunct Professor Thomas J. Moses is senior counsel at the San Francisco firm of Brydon, Hugo & Parker. His current practice focuses on the defense of asbestos cases, casualty cases (automobile, premises liability, and commercial claims), and insurance bad faith and insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining Brydon Hugo & Parker, Moses served as claims coverage counsel with XL Insurance America, Inc., an international property-casualty carrier. He also worked in the general counsel's office of TIG Insurance Company, a major commercial/personal lines insurer, where he managed significant extra-contractual and bad faith litigation against the carrier. He was recently an adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan University.
