USF offers student financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, loans, and employment opportunities. Please visit the sites listed below for more information about financial aid process from application to disbursement.
Academic advising is a continuing process of assisting students in course selection and academic and career exploration. Students meet with their advisors at regular intervals and prior to semester registration.
The tuition and billing functions are performed by the Office of Student Accounts. Students need to enroll in the University’s payment plan or make payment in full of all charges before the beginning of each term. The Student Employment Office assists student in the employment process by maintaining on-line job boards, issuing work clearance forms to determine student eligibility, and administering work programs, Campus Job Opportunity and Federal Work Study offered through Financial.
The Department of Public Safety provides the campus community continuous campus patrol, campus shuttles, safety escorts, crime prevention programs, and parking services. The Department maintains a 24-hour communication center and uniformed public safety officers to respond to all reports of accidents, crimes, suspicious persons, hazards, and other emergencies.
The USF Information Technology Services division provides infrastructure and services in support of our community's teaching, learning, research, and service activities.

The USF Career Services Center provides support for students and alumni looking for internships, career advice, and interview preparation/practice.
The Graduation Center provides information about commencement ceremonies, Grad Finale events, ordering duplicate diplomas and more. Students can also apply for graduation through the Graduation Center website.
Occasional visits by family members are a part of the experience that students may be reluctant to admit liking but do appreciate. Here is some useful information for planning your visit.
