Resident Advisors

We employ 65 students as Resident Advisors (RAs) who live on the wings and floors with resident students to assist them with their USF experiences. Our RAs are trained for a two-week period prior to the campus opening in August, and all are required to pass a one-credit course in student development theory and community development philosophy. The RAs are some of the hardest working students on campus!

They work to create intentional, healthy communities within the halls and strive to develop student leadership. They also help to enhance the academic learning experience of students with educational opportunities outside of the classroom. Our staff members promote activities on and off the campus, and coordinate social, educational, and service programs throughout the year.

Check out the following links to see what's going on with the staff in each of the halls!

Also, be sure to check out these pictures from various campus-wide programs!

And coming soon! Winners of the "Of the Month Awards"! Check back often as this site will be regularly updated!
