The Organization and Leadership Program (O&L) is composed of a diverse and unique faculty that draws upon a common ethic to teach and live leadership through commitment, academic excellence, and innovative practice.
This ethic is the heart of faculty and student work in O&L. Graduates leave our program and bring to their leadership practice this core understanding.

"The Ed.D. program in Organization and Leadership provided insightful theoretical and practical approaches to management immediately relevant to the workplace. The program was designed for working professionals with a teaching weekend schedule and convenient intersession offerings. The program attracts student professionals from a broad spectrum of industries and fields and I formed many friendships during my doctoral studies. My adviser was invested in my success from day one and the guidance was reliable and constant."
