Chinese Program
The Chinese program does not offer a service learning course, but some of our students have been teaching teaching ESL conversation classes to new Chinese immigration at the historic Cameron House located in San Francisco Chinatown since Fall 2009.
The chinadialogue website, founded by international journalist Isabel Hilton in 2006,
is the bilingual source of high-quality news, analysis and
discussion on all environmental issues, with a special focus on China. Its US office is located on USF campus. Students who are fluent in both English and Chinese are needed to do translation for the website. Please contact Ms. Linden Ellis if interested.
