New Check Distribution Organizations
The Distribution Organization field on the EPAF determines the
department or college the employee’s check will be grouped with for pay
advice and paycheck pick-up. Effective November 17, EPAF originators
should discontinue using FOAP numbers (ex. 521001) and begin to use the
new check distribution numbers (ex. PXXXX) in the EPAF Distribution
Organization field.

New Check Distribution Organizations
Note: The new check distribution numbers for pick-up of your
departments checks and pay advices will take effect the pay days of
November 26 (MO) and December 1 (SH/SM). Our payroll representative
will be on hand to explain the transition and help familiarize your
department authorized courier with the new check distribution numbering
scheme.
