Meeting USF's temporary staffing needs
We value and appreciate the services that temporary employees provide to our university and want to make the process for sourcing and employing temporary employees as simple, efficient, and cost effective as possible. As a result, USF has selected a primary partner vendor by the name of HR Options Inc., www.hroptions.com, to provide recruitment, employment, and payroll services to those individuals we want to use on a temporary basis.
Who is HR Options?
HR Options (HRO) is a national HR organization with headquarters in California providing employment services for over 25 years. Their staff consists of dedicated human resource, payroll, and IT professionals committed to delivering personal attention and HR expertise. HR Options will work with the University to recruit, fill supplemental needs, and develop a “pool” of qualified temporary employees based on hiring criteria of value to the university.
You can Request Temporary staff from HR Options or Refer Temporary staff to HR Options by completing an online hiring form on the HR Options website: http://www.hroptions.com/hire/
- Refer a Temporary when you know who you’d like to hire, and want to refer that individual to HR Options to perform work at USF on HR Options’ payroll.
- Request a Temporary when you need HR Options’ assistance to recruit and place temporary staff on site with USF.
Once you have completed the information online, HR Options will contact the hiring manager to confirm any necessary details before beginning the recruiting or hiring process.
