Funding

All funding applications are to be submitted via Orgsync.
Internal Development Funding

• Available to both Green and Gold Organizations
• Expenses geared towards bettering your organization's development and leadership
  • Ex: T-shirts, banners, binders, marketing materials
  • For all clothing quotes be sure to use social imprints. Quotes requested via www.socialimprints.com
• Anything over $500 requires presentation
  • Application- Approval Process via Peer Advising Team
• Limit TWO applications per Semester
• The ASUSF Funding Application available via OrgSync

• Available only to Gold Organizations
• Expenses Related to Organization travel for conferences or retreats
  • Ex: Conference Fees, transportation, lodging
• Must apply at least six (6) weeks prior to when funds are required
• Application- Approval Process via Peer Advising Team
• Limit to ONE application per semester
• The ASUSF Funding Application available via OrgSync.
• Must submit a Funding Evaluation form via OrgSync with 5 pictures from the trip

• Available for only Gold Organizations
• Used for events open to the USF Campus
  • Ex: community speakers, training workshops, presentations, catering.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with Internal Development grant
• Application- Approval Process via ASUSF Finance Committee
• Loans and grants available
• The ASUSF Funding Application available via OrgSync.
• Application must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of event.

For any funding application, be sure to include a detailed budget by using market research to create the most accurate budget possible.
