Developing a  Budget

1. Do market research to get the most accurate price quotes possible
2. Create detailed budget of all foreseen expenses and revenue

3. Determine the available funds

   2. Apply for an ASUSF Funding Grant
      

Managing the Budget

1. Keep an accurate log of financial transactions 
2. Assess budget regularly
3. Control cost-allow only approved expenditures 
4. After the budget period has elapsed, determine the outcome of each expense and revenue
