Welcome to Loyola Village. This is a type 1 double bedroom unit with carpeting for two residents. Please note these units vary in layout. Each resident receives an extra long twin size bed a desk a chair and dresser many residents choose to store the dressers in the closets.
This unit has one bedroom one bathroom a full kitchen and living room. There is a hallway closet and cabinets for storage. The bedroom has each residence desk and chair in addition to a walk-in closet.
The kitchen offers a full refrigerator including a freezer. Stove oven microwave dishwasher and dining room table with four chairs. Make sure to bring your own cleaning and cooking supplies.
The living room has an entertainment center a couch a lounge chair and coffee table. Residents have access to basic cable, but would need to bring their own TV and connector.
This unit includes a patio. There is overhead lighting provided in the room and standing lamps in the bedroom and living room. Please note that desk lamps are no longer provided.
