Mike Terry, a software entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience building engineering and data cultures at startups like LAWFTY, SubWire.io, Airbnb, and Thirty Madison, will be sharing lessons learned from the frontlines of discovering product-market fit and establishing initial customer loyalty.

Mike will discuss the key technological, attitudinal, and cultural decisions his teams made in the early stages, offering insights that will benefit anyone with a technical background looking to evaluate, create, or join an early-stage startup or technical team.

Mike holds two engineering degrees from MIT and has been a proud USF practicum partner since 2015. His companies have scaled to become leaders in their industries, including LAWFTY's success as a digital advertising platform for the legal sector.
