Join the USF East Bay Regional Chapter for a special lunch at The Slanted Door in San Ramon! Enjoy a delicious multi-course meal while connecting with fellow alumni, friends, and family in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
This is a chance to gather at one of the Bay Area’s most iconic restaurants, founded by the late Charles Phan, whose modern take on Vietnamese cuisine and commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients redefined the local dining scene. In 2015, USF honored Chef Phan’s contributions to the culinary arts and his embodiment of Jesuit values by awarding him an honorary degree.
As a special gift, each attending family will receive a copy of The Slanted Door Cookbook (2014).
