Online Zoom

Join us on June 18, 2024 at 12pm (PT) for an in-depth conversation with Dr. Dan Rascher, Academic Director at the University of San Francisco, Sport Management Master's Program.

Dr. Rascher has played an integral part in legal cases involving the NCAA and athlete's rights for over 20 years. His expert testimony in Supreme Court cases like O'Bannon v. NCAA (2014) and NCAA v. Alston (2021) have advocated for student-athlete rights and compensation. Dr. Rascher's economic analysis of NIL created a model that led to $208 million in payments to collegiate athletes. To learn more about NIL, listen to Dr. Rascher discuss the Supreme Court decision involving NCAA amateurism and the impact of recent NIL implications by clicking here.

In addition to his work regarding NIL, Dr. Rascher teaches Sport Economics & Finance and the Master's Project at the University of San Francisco. To meet Dr. Rascher and learn more about his work, join us at a Information Session held via Zoom on June 18, 2024 at 12pm (PT)
