Biography
Dr. Sul’s current work and research focuses on the design and development culturally specific assessments, a class of culturally responsive assessments, for use within systems of evaluation. His work has been labeled “transformative” by collaborative partners from across North America, Hawai‘i, and the Caribbean. Sul completed his doctorate in Education at the University of San Francisco and served as the 2021 Chair of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) STEM Topical Interest Group (TIG) and served as a member of the AEA Diversity Equity and Inclusion Working group.
