2025 Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Board Nomination Form

WILP Mission

The Women in Leadership & Philanthropy (WILP) program at USF aims to empower and unite women by providing opportunities for engagement, networking, and leadership while creating a culture of philanthropy and giving. We aim to cultivate a vibrant community of women leaders who are committed to making a meaningful impact within and beyond the USF community by fostering an environment of support, mentorship, and philanthropic engagement.

Please complete the following form to either nominate someone or self-nominate.  The deadline to submit nominations is April 14, 2025. The members of the WILP Board will review nominations in April/May. If you have any questions about the nomination process or the expectations and roles of WILP Board members, please email Molly Kastendieck at mkastendieck@usfca.edu.

Can you commit to attending quarterly meetings and participating in board initiatives and the expectations laid out?
