Group Exercise
Koret offers a range of group fitness classes for all fitness levels. All instructors are qualified to make modifications and progressions for all individuals. If you need us to make a special accommodation, please let us know by emailing fitness@usfca.edu

- Designed for newcomers or those seeking to deepen their practice.
- Each class focuses on intentional movement and pose breakdowns, making yoga accessible to all bodies.
- Classes are sequenced to build toward a peak pose, with modifications available.
- Open to all levels. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or special needs for personalized adjustment.

- Designed to build a strong foundation for movement by strengthening core muscles, including the trunk and hips, improving stability, balance, and posture.
- Open to all levels. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or modification needs before class

- A high-intensity, upbeat class designed to improve aerobic capacity through HIIT, tempo, interval, or fartlek training.
- Experience dynamic rides, from hill climbs to fast-paced sprints, with options to adjust intensity.
- Suitable for all fitness levels!

- A 45-minute virtual class combining 16 one-minute high-intensity intervals with strength and cardio moves, followed by 15-20 minutes of strength-building exercises using dumbbells or bodyweight
- No dumbbells? Use water bottles, canned food, or focus on muscle activation
- The session ends with 10 minutes of stretching. Modifications are available and encouraged
- Please bring a towel, water, and be ready to sweat!

- A mat-based class focused on pelvic stability, abdominal control, joint mobility, flexibility, and strengthening exercises.

- An energetic class featuring quick-flowing sequences to release stress, build strength, and improve flexibility
- Open to all levels with modifications available

- An overview of safe lifting techniques, including a review of safety features. Participants will build confidence in the weight room and progress toward a full-body workout each session
- Each session will target all major muscle groups with a dynamic focus for the day
- A full body workout is offered on Mondays & Fridays from 12-1pm and 1-2pm
- $10 fee per class (does not include facility entry)
- Space is limited to a maximum of 6 participants
- To reserve a spot, visit our online registration portal (screenshot tutorial to RSVP)
- Online RSVP for the following month will update on the last Friday of each month at 12pm

- Improves breathing, alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility
- Open to all levels. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or modifications needed
- $10 fee is needed and advanced RSVP is needed through fitness@usfca.edu

- Using TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, and other functional training tools, this class will challenge you and elevate your heart rate
