Electrical Engineering

Design various types of electrical equipment, including computer hardware, sensors, biomedical instrumentation, and control systems – every kind of device imaginable. Emphasis will be placed on devices used to improve people’s lives across the globe, such as low-cost medical diagnostics and alternative energy strategies.

Sustainable Environments Engineering

Techniques and solutions that protect ecosystems and the built environment, including social justice as a measure of effective design. Encompassing elements of civil and environmental engineering, this concentration emphasizes a range of considerations from individual building materials to water resources and urban infrastructural systems — all of which can be designed to promote a sustainable environment.
