Biography

Jackie Ammon is an attorney that currently leads a business development team at Carta, Inc.  For the prior decade Jackie practiced corporate law, with most of that time practicing as a senior attorney at WilmerHale LLP.  Her practiced focused on advising emerging companies, venture capital investments, M&A transactions and public company governance.
